Justin Baum

Justin worked at Apple as a UX designer and was most recently VP Product at Elephant NY. He has worked at early stage startups and agencies in design and product leadership positions building a handful of teams along the way.

Roy has worked with and for established brands and startups including Nike, Apple, Polyera, and IDEO. His past projects range from wearables, to apps and websites, to printed matter and brand identities.

Wilson Lewis

Wilson has spent the majority of his career on large teams for companies like Goldman Sachs and Target. He has built everything from consumer products to enterprise tools and is always refining the collaborative process between design and engineering.

Tobias Toft

Tobias is Manager of Applied Creative Technology at Pinterest and was previously Senior Design Director at IDEO. He holds a masters in mechanical engineering and interaction design and has been part of CIID's visiting faculty for nine years.
